If a borrower is a licensed general contractor, or an
individual has building background, Pacifica South will consider this request as long as sweat equity is not used and
borrower demonstrates the ability and expertise in home building
Single family Residences. Occupancy intent has to be clear, as we
will not allow speculative financing on these programs.
Financing for speculative building is provided on a case-by-case.
If a borrower does not have the experience or is not
licensed, we will only require licensed site supervision.
